I can and have re-watched Tangled more than 20 times and still enjoyed it just as much. With Frozen, I tend to re-listen to the song but I have no desire to re-watch the entire movie. Let's face it, Frozen is as popular as it is because of the music. Do you reference anything else from the movie other than the songs? Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that "Let It Go" is the most popular aspect of the entire movie. That and this little incident:
I can just feel the flaming arrows piercing through my skin. Guys you can't deny this. Anna and Kristoff's romance is pretty darn forgettable. One thing that bothered me about Frozen was how much I was not bothered if they were going to get it on or not. Sometimes I even preferred Hanz. That's not supposed to happen people.
You've gotta leave the theater feeling good about what you just watched and I know I mentioned this above, but it's what it comes back down to; I just felt more leaving the theater when I watched Tangled compared to Frozen. I replayed moments from the movie in my head from Tangled and laughed at some of them (and looked like a crazy person). With Frozen I just sing the songs. Let me reiterate that I did love Frozen but I think the hype is over-rated. Only the songs are memorable and that's not a good enough reason to deem it the best Disney movie ever.
